“La Grassa”: Experience Emilia-Romagna at Limone Dining

Thursday 17th October, 2024

6pm

To celebrate the launch of the upcoming tour of Northern Italy with Luke Piccolo and Outback Beds, Limone Dining is hosting a night dedicated to the cuisine and culture of the Emilia-Romagna region.

Bologna, the capital city of Emilia Romagna, is nicknamed “La Grassa”, meaning the fat. This is due to the widespread use of pork and animal fats in many of the main courses. Emilia Romagna is home to some of Italy’s most beloved foods including Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic Vinegar di Modena, Parma ham, tortellini, and tagliatelle al ragu.

Set sharing menu, $90 pp (beverages to be purchased the night). Bookings essential, full payment is required upon booking.
