Set menu using French black truffles sourced directly from Chef Christophe and Josephine’s truffle farm near Bungendore, NSW.

For more than 20 years, Chef Christophe and Josephine shared their love of French food and culture at their restaurant Le Très Bon in Bungendore, located in the Capital Region between Canberra and the South Coast of NSW in Australia.
They’ve also welcomed guests on their international gourmet tours and to cooking classes, both in person and virtually.
